All payments made for courses, internships, projects, or workshops are considered final. Refunds are not generally provided once access to the course materials or program has been granted.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The program was canceled or postponed by CS Technologies.
- Duplicate payment was made due to a technical or transaction error.
- The participant was not allotted a seat in the selected batch or course.
All refund requests must include valid proof of payment and reason for the claim.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued if:
- The student voluntarily withdraws after enrollment.
- The participant fails to attend or complete the program.
- Access to digital materials, projects, or content has already been provided.
- The participant violates the code of conduct or academic integrity guidelines.
4. Refund Process
If approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
CS Technologies reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing charges before issuing the refund.
5. Course Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, students may be eligible to transfer their enrollment to another batch, course, or workshop, subject to availability and approval by the management.
6. Third-Party Payments
For payments made through third-party vendors, banks, or payment gateways, refund timelines may vary depending on their policies. CS Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by such intermediaries.
